About this product
The Freestyle™ Hands-free is Medela’s smallest and first wearable hands-free double electric breast pump, designed so you can carry on with other tasks while you’re expressing. The compact, pocket-sized pump is a separate unit, allowing our lightweight collection cups to fit discreetly inside your bra for a superior hands-free pumping experience.
Features:
- Wearable, Ultra-Lightweight: Amongst the lightest collection cups available (2.7oz each) and designed to fit comfortably and discreetly in your bra.
- Comfort with Portability: Freestyle™ Hands-free helps busy moms multitask.
- Separate Pump: Stays in your pocket instead of weighing on your breast.
- Anatomically Shaped: Collection Cups are uniquely designed to maximize milk expression and comfort by reducing breast compression
- Easy Cleaning & Assembly: Collection cups contain only three parts and are dishwasher-safe.
- Transparent Design: For easy nipple alignment and to see if milk is flowing.
- USB-rechargeable¹: Built-in battery for convenient pumping wherever you are.
- Smart: Connectivity to the Medela Family™ app allows you to create a personalized profile tailored to your needs

Step 1:
+ Download and print our Flange sizing guide
Step 2:

+ Fold along the line that runs through the middle of the circles.
+ Carefully cut out the circles or use the ruler to the left.
+ Nipple should fit securely in the circle with no areola present. You want to measure only the nipple not the areola.
Step 3:

+ Choose a flange size closest to the measurement of your nipple diameter.+ Measure your nipple diameter before pumping.
+ For more accurate results, stimulate your nipple with hand expression before measuring.
Please stimulate your nipple to make it perk up before measuring the size
